So, now it's been almost two weeks since I've written anything. Busy, and tired. Just got my quarterly assessment at work, it was really bad.
Sometimes I feel like I'm trying to hit a moving target. The rules seem to change every quarter. So I'll fix the things that need fixed and go from
there. I know I'm doing a good job. I probably don't have the best crew, I need to make some changes there, but that's hard. I like to think the best
of people. But when it comes to business, you sometimes have to make those hard choices.
Spent the last couple of days with the kids working on the house. Not exactly my ideal way to spend my time off, but Anna was feeling overwhelmed.
Besides, we're too broke to go anywhere.
Gracie's latest cute quote: "Mommy, did you put candy in my eyes?" - after noticing her 'eye boogers' first thing in the morning. Also, she's
decided that every bug is a ladybug and we need to keep the ladybugs off her, but not hurt them.
